    4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, email, phone number, and fax (if available).

    Note: Providing false information may result in civil penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f), including costs and attorney fees.

    Important: We may share your claim, including your contact details, with the alleged infringer. By submitting a notice, you agree to this disclosure.

    Counter Notification (Request to Restore Removed Material)

    If your content was removed due to a DMCA claim, you may file a counter notice to request its reinstatement. A valid counter notice must include:

    1. Your physical or electronic signature.
    2. A description of the removed material and its original location.
    3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
    4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or another appropriate jurisdiction if outside the U.S.).

    Repeat Infringer Policy

    We take copyright infringement seriously. We keep records of all DMCA notices and enforce a repeat infringer policy. Accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright may be terminated.
