Welcome to geartrendsgo (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized representatives can submit a takedown notice to us through our designated DMCA agent.
As an online service provider, we are protected under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” rules, which shield us from liability for copyright infringement as long as we follow proper notice-and-takedown procedures.
How to Submit a Copyright Claim

Please submit your DMCA notice via our Contact Page. Email is recommended for faster processing.

Counter Notification (Request to Restore Removed Material)
If your content was removed due to a DMCA claim, you may file a counter notice to request its reinstatement. A valid counter notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or another appropriate jurisdiction if outside the U.S.).
Counter notices should also be submitted via our Contact Page, with email preferred.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement seriously. We keep records of all DMCA notices and enforce a repeat infringer policy. Accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright may be terminated.
Policy Changes
We may update this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.
